There are many opportunities to get involved here at Maranatha. This page features ministries of our church that include both ministry within the community and ministry to one another. Please visit our various ministry pages to see a full list of ways you may get involved.
One of the most important ministries during a gathering is making our guests feel welcome by greeting them, answering any questions they may have, giving them a gift, and helping them around the church. Maranatha Grounds Crew is a group of volunteers dedicated to glorifying God by beautifying and maintaining the exterior of the buildings and grounds that He has provided. For more information regarding what we do and how to join us please click the link below.
Music ministry is a huge part of what we do here at Maranatha. One of our goals is for the congregation to be the primary instrument of praise to the Lord! Our ambition is to allow all who have a heart for worship ministry and a gifting in music to serve. We desire to help them grow in their love for the Lord and use their abilities for the purpose of serving the local body and ultimately to glorify God. We use a variety of hymns and contemporary choruses that help us to focus and respond to the truth of who God is, what He's done, and what He will do. For more info, please talk to or email Jon Krull at email@example.com.
We believe that our tech team is vitally important to enable us to worship God in a corporate setting without distraction. Technology also allows the reach of our church to broaden beyond our walls, and be used to take the teaching of God's Word to the nations. If interested in helping with this ministry, speak with Jon Krull or email him at firstname.lastname@example.org
A welcoming church is also a secure church. Our team is responsible for walking the campus during gatherings, both inside the building and in the parking lot. If you're interested in helping with this ministry, please speak with Greg Bernard or email him at email@example.com.
On various Saturday's throughout each month a team of people assembles to travel downtown to take breakfast to those on the streets. If you would like to plug-in to this ministry, please contact Greg Bernard at
Maranatha Movers is just a name, not an official team. As a church family, we put together a group of volunteers willing to ease the burden of moving. Every move is unique and different people may show up for each move. For more info regarding what we do, what we don't do, and how to serve in this ministry, please click the link below.
