Jon Jennings

Jon has been worshiping at Maranatha since 1995 and has served as a deacon since 2020. He is blessed with his wife, Judi, 4 children, 2 daughters-in-law, 1 son-in-law and 7 grandkids. Jon works as in marketing at EWI. He serves our church body in the Community Outreach ministry.

A passage of Scripture that encourages Jon is 2 Corinthians 5:17 & 20, “Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come…Therefore, we are ambassadors for Christ, God making his appeal through us…” These verses remind him that through Christ, he is a new creature, no longer bound to his past. He is now an ambassador of the God who saved him, and he needs to walk in a manner worthy of his calling.
