Our sermons are typically about 40 minutes long and are centered on the Bible. Most of the time, we work through books of the Bible passage by passage, allowing God's Word to set the agenda for what we study and apply. At certain times of the year—such as Christmas, Easter, or other special occasions—we may also teach a topical series focused on a particular biblical theme.

Each sermon seeks to explain the meaning of a particular passage, show how it fits within the larger story of Scripture, and apply its truths to everyday life. Our desire is not only to help people understand the Bible, but also to equip them to study it for themselves.

To help you follow along, we provide pew Bibles and often display sermon points and supporting Bible passages on the screen. If you don't own a Bible, we'd love for you to take one of our pew Bibles home as our gift to you.

Our worship services at 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM are typically about one hour long. While service lengths can vary slightly from week to week, they usually conclude just a few minutes after the hour.

Most of our attenders dress in business casual attire, though you'll find some who dress more formally and others who dress more casually. We encourage people to dress in a way that is modest, respectful, and doesn't draw unnecessary attention to themselves.

We offer several age-appropriate opportunities for children on Sunday mornings. Nursery care is available during both worship services for children from birth through age 3.

Children ages 4 through 6th grade are welcome to participate in Sunday Kids from 9:00–10:30 AM, where they learn God's Word through Bible teaching, Scripture memory, music, and other activities. During the 11:00 AM service, children ages 4 through Kindergarten may attend Wee Worship, which includes games, singing, and a Bible lesson designed especially for them.

If you have questions when you arrive, we'd be happy to help you find the right place for your child. You're also welcome to keep your children with you during the worship service if you prefer.

The safety of your children is one of our highest priorities. All of our children's ministry volunteers undergo a screening process that includes a background check and training designed to help provide a safe, caring environment for every child.

When you check your child into Nursery, MBC Kids, or Wee Worship, you'll receive a matching security sticker. To ensure children are released only to the appropriate parent or guardian, that sticker must be presented at pickup. Each ministry area also has a check-in attendant monitoring access to the children's wing throughout the morning.

In addition, members of our Safety Team regularly monitor the campus and maintain communication with ministry leaders throughout the building. We also follow ministry policies regarding classroom supervision, restroom assistance, and diaper changes, with female volunteers serving in roles that involve direct personal care for children.
