Maranatha Baptist Church is a non-profit organization. Those who engage in activities sponsored by MBC attend and participate at their own risk and waive and release Maranatha Baptist Church from any and all claims for personal injury or property damage that may arise from participation in the activities. Participants in MBC sponsored activities agree to carry insurance or have the resources to cover the expenses related to personal injury, injury caused to others or damage to property. Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Maranatha Baptist Church from all claims for damages that arise in connection with such activities on or off the church property.
